We, at the Centre, follow several methods of instructions like the multi-sensory, cumulative and phonic based instruction - The Orton Gillingham Approach, NILD Educational Therapy. The Learning Strategies Intervention Model, Search and Teach, and Feuerstein’s Instrumental Enrichment (FIE) program.

In line with our mission to reach out to students belonging to all strata of society, I think we need to have trained personnel. The training programs comprise of the methodologies to gear the teacher to help students with specific learning difficulties on a one to one basis and in small group situations.

Our vision is to create pathways for a successful future for children with specific learning difficulties. This can be achieved only at the hands of the teachers. Over the past two decades more than five hundred trainees have joined our family of Alpha to Omega Learning Centre.

The revised course syllabus will have new strategies from the Kansas University Centre for Research on Learning, the new instruments of Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment Program from the International Centre for Enhancing Learning Potential Israel and Techniques from NILD’s Educational Therapy.

Our aim is to enhance the learning skills of an underachiever.
